Kahles has long offered uncompromisingly outstanding quality. And yet the Austrians are taking the next step with the introduction of the Helia TI thermal imagers.
There are two devices in the range: The Helia TI 25 - with its 1.7x optical magnification large field of view of 26m/100m perfect for scanning large areas and getting an overview. Also the Helia TI 35 with a smaller field of view of 19m/100m and 2.3x optical magnification.
The devices impress with their F1.0 lenses combined with a 384x288 sensor (17μm) especially with their excellent imaging performance and high detail resolution.
Sophisticated design
The special housing design was developed for ergonomic handling and fatigue-free observation. The focus is on the essentials: No unnecessary buttons, safe guiding, a good hand feeling.
Nevertheless, there is no lack of functionality: three colour spaces (White hot, Black hot, Red only) and three digital zoom factors (1x, 2x, 4x) are available, which can be changed by simply pressing a button. Contrast, brightness, automatic light and sharpness calibration can also be adjusted via the clear and easy-to-use menu.
Long battery life
When the moment comes, the Helia TI is quickly ready for use: In just 2 seconds, the unit is switched on at the touch of a button. Then tilt and motion sensors serve the intelligent automatic switch-off and switch-on of the high-resolution OLED display. This already helps the already very long-lasting battery, which has a runtime of up to 8 hours.
