Mode of action: Ticks have extremely sensitive suction foot nerves. The active ingredient Zeckprotec causes a "hot-feet effect", i.e. the suction feet of the ticks become hot when they touch the fabric of the clothing. The tick therefore rolls in immediately and falls down before it bites into the skin.

The Zeckprotec active ingredient is odourless, absolutely skin-friendly and harmless for humans. This was confirmed by a dermatological examination of the Derma Test Institute in Münster in 2009.
