Advantages
With the Innomount bridge swivel mount for swivel mounts with twist lock or 15mm prism, many older weapon models - especially bolt action rifles - can be equipped with a modern riflescope at low cost.
If the existing weapon is already equipped with a modern swivel mount in the version with a 15mm prism as rear base plate, no conversion work on the weapon is necessary.
ATTENTION: Three common swivel mount types have become established:
- EAW lever swivel mount
- Swivel mount with rear 15mm prism base plate | upper parts usually with twist lock
- Steyr swivel mount

Ingenious locking mechanism:
- The operating lever for the rear clamping claw is recessed in the profile of the mounting when closed.
- To open, the button on the opposite side is pressed. The lever pops out so far that it can be gripped and swung open.
- Accidental opening or loosening of the mount is impossible
- The scope can be changed with one hand
Further advantages:
- Vertical tolerance compensation integrated in the forefoot
- Consistent aiming position after repeated mounting and dismounting
- Extreme shooting stability even with big game calibers
- For variants with rings, the front ring can be screwed in two positions and the rear ring in three positions in order to define the ideal eye relief according to the dimensions of the optic.
Under certain circumstances it may be necessary to machine the forefoot ("PIVOT spigot") of the bridge swivel mount in order to adapt it to the tolerances of the forefoot mount on the rifle.
