The bridge swivel mount shown here equips older hunting rifles with an existing swivel mount base with an extended Picatinny rail that can be mounted and dismounted with repeat accuracy.
The Innomount bridge swivel mount with lever lock for 15mm prism can be used to modernize many older rifle models - especially bolt action rifles - with a contemporary riflescope at low cost.
If the existing rifle is already equipped with a swivel mount in the version with a 15mm prism rail as the rear base, no conversion work on the rifle is necessary.

The adaptation to the universal PICATINNY rail (NATO STANAG) makes it possible to combine your hunting rifle with a wide variety of optics:

• Night vision scopes
• Thermal imaging optics
• Red dot sights
• Daylight scopes

Ingenious locking mechanism:

• The operating lever for the rear clamping claw is recessed in the profile of the mount when closed.
• To open, the button on the opposite side is pressed. The lever pops out so far that it can be gripped and swung open.
• Accidental opening or loosening of the mount is impossible
• The scope can be changed with one hand

Further advantages:

• Vertical tolerance compensation integrated in the forefoot
• Consistent aiming position after repeated mounting and dismounting
• Extreme shooting stability even with big game calibers

Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to machine the forefoot ("PIVOT tang") of the bridge swivel mount in order to adapt it to the tolerances of the existing forefoot mount on the rifle.
