Precision promise
The Infiray Mate MAL 38 attachment can meet the high precision requirement of maximum 1 MOA deviation at 100 meters even when used with magnum calibers with large recoil.

Powerful sensor
MAL38 with its 38mm germanium lens features a powerful 384x288 pixel @ 12μm detector with a NETD of less than 30mk. This results in a very usable detection range of almost 2000 meters for hunting use.
At close range of common shooting distances, the hunter benefits from excellent detail and image quality.

Removable Buttons
The magnetic button control panel, which can be removed from its mount, can be repositioned on as a remote control anywhere on the rifle.
This allows the hunter to easily operate the attachment simultaneously while focusing on the target. The arm no longer has to be stretched out to an unnaturally long length for operation; the hand can remain in its usual position on the rifle.
The remote control is supported by an ultra-low power consumption solution and is simply reattached magnetically in its designated recess on the top of the housing for automatic recharging.

LRF extension     
A laser rangefinder can be retrofitted as an optional accessory. The LRF unit not only facilitates accurate shooting at various distances, but also serves as a power bank to significantly extend MATE's battery life.

Monocular Extension     
The MAL38 functions as a handheld thermal imaging monocular when used with the optional "4x24-1" adapter.
