Henneberger HMS Docter Sight Mounting DVM for rear sight base

With the help of the Henneberger HMS DVM rear sight mounting it is finally possible to mount Docter-Sight illuminated spot sights in the rear sight base instead of the rear sight blade/rear sight.

Advantages:

1. the red dot sight is mounted very far in front of the weapon, which allows an extremely fast and intuitive aiming.

2. if there is sufficient distance from the objective of a mounted riflescope, the riflescope and Docter Sight may be mounted on the weapon at the same time. The red dot is always with you, then you only have to take off the far-ear of the target.

Docter Sight sight mounting also provides a mounting solution for weapon models for which red dot mounts have not yet been developed.

To mount, remove the rear sight from your saddle (prism) and insert the HMS DVM mount into the dovetail prism of the rear sight saddle, then tighten using an adjusting screw. The assembly can be used without reworking in prism cut-outs of 13.5-17.0 mm width.
