Canihunt dog protection vest Protect Dog Armor V3

The DOG ARMOR V3® dog protection vest by CANIHUNT was developed for hunting defensible cloven-hoofed game.
Thanks to its numerous features, it offers the highest technical performance and maximum comfort for the dog.

The latest generation V3 is equipped with a Swiss brand SCHOELLER® type KEPROTECT® fabric on the entire back panel.
This replaces the replaceable back flap with zipper of the previous version V2. The new back flap is now permanently mounted.
The fabric is 84% polyamide and 16% Kevlar® brand aramid, making the back panel even more abrasion and tear resistant.

The fluorescent orange color makes the hunting dog very visible in the field.

FEATURES RIPSTOP FABRIC The outer cover fabric of the vest DOG ARMOR V3® is a CORDURA 1100 DTEX with RIPSTOP structure. It is almost untearable, resists the most abrasive and aggressive conditions and guarantees the dogs a very great mobility thanks to its extreme suppleness. This fabric is treated with 2 induction layers, making the vest water repellent and almost waterproof. As a result, the puncture-resistant fabric is also protected from moisture and UV radiation. A particularly durable sewing thread has been selected to prevent rapid wear.


Exterior CORDURA 1100 DTEX®:
Ultra-technical with a RIPSTOP® structure: a tear-resistant fabric that withstands the most aggressive biotopes.

ANTIPERFORATION FABRIC 100% POLYETHYLENE:

PERFORATION PROTECTION AND ANTI-TRAUMA TECHNOLOGY:
The vest DOG ARMOR V3® is equipped with a perforation-inhibiting fabric that ensures optimal protection against punctures.The vest is made of 3 layers of puncture-resistant fabric on the back (thorax) and 2 layers on the front (neck), thus withstanding the blows of wild boars. This fabric is equipped with an anti-trauma fabric that allows the impulse wave of the impact to be distributed over a larger area, unlike ordinary fabric. HEAT REGULATING


OUTLAST® LINING:
Consisting of microcapsules, the lining creates a constant microclimate on the skin.

VELCRO® CLOSURES:
In order to always guarantee the best quality of our products, Canihunt has integrated a Velcro® brand closure in its closure systems. This Velcro fastener is a worldwide reference because it offers a very strong holding force even in extreme conditions. This type of closure provides security for you and your dog during the hunt. INSERT:
The rubber insert allows the passage of the contact pins of various remote trainers offered by the trade. If the vest is used without an impulse trainer, a biothane collar completely covers the recess and prevents any suspension possibilities. TWO NECK

EXTENSIONS:
These two neck extensions, already supplied with the vest, are removable by Velcro strips. The top neck cover is equipped with an additional loop that improves the fit of collars. OUTLAST® FOOD:
The OUTLAST® brand microcapsules that the food contains absorb and retain your dog's excess body heat. Even if your dog's temperature drops again, it will release excess heat back to him. OUTLAST® thermoregulating food creates a constant microclimate on the dog's skin, improving his well-being.

REFLECTOR STRIPS:
The dog is visible in all situations thanks to the reflective strips placed on the vest, on which a phone number can be written.

ADJUSTABLE HORNS:
The harness can be adjusted to the dog's morphology to ensure a perfect fit and safety. It is important to find the correct fit to avoid chafing or interfering with the dog's movement during the hunt. The buckle closure system gives you the possibility to adjust the straps up to 15cm.


SPECIAL SIZES:
For the size 50 TECKEL, the vest was designed based on the size 50, which was lengthened by 10 cm over the entire length to fit the physique of the dachshund breeds. Two other large special sizes (T. 90 and T.95) complete the range.

BACK LATCH:
The Velcro back flap secures the actual closure system on the dog's back twice.

SHOULDER PROTECTION:
To ensure optimal protection for your dog, the DOG ARMOR V3 vest has been designed with a unique cut in the shoulder area.

STRENGTHENED SEAMS:
To ensure high seam strength in the CANIHUNT DOG ARMOR V3® vest, the cross seams are crossed with a high-strength thread, which reinforces the cohesion.In addition, the seams on the outer edges for the extremities are covered, which allows for greater flexibility and prevents the dog from chafing.

SIZE GUIDE:
Select the size of the DOG ARMOR V3 ® Vest by measuring the chest circumference (A in the picture) at the lowest point of the chest just behind the front legs. A size allowance appropriate to the breed of dog has been proven to provide optimal mobility in the field.
