ANAR wooden cup KUKSA 100ml

The small version of the Kuksa cup from ANAR is made of real birch wood and has a wide handle.

ANAR Kuksa cups are ecological and easy to use. They need to be swirled with coffee to extend shelf life and prevent flavors from settling in the wood.

• First step: pour coffee into the Kuksa and let it stand for 2 minutes. Pour off the coffee and let the cup dry for a few hours to open the pores of the wood.

• Second step: take a tablespoon of wet coffee grounds and rub them vigorously on the inside walls of the kuksa before the coffee grounds have dried. The grease from the coffee will penetrate the open pores of the wood and form a water-repellent film.

This film prevents the kuksa from getting wet or dry, cracking and aromatic substances from penetrating the wood material.
In this way, the treated wood remains antibacterial and can be cleaned simply with water. Chemicals are not required.
